Chanty D. Davis, M.D.
Dr. Davis is a proud “Blue Devil,” who earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University. Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, she graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. She is a compassionate physician who is dedicated to her patients and their long-term health.
Dr. Davis spent six years at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. While there, she completed her Internal Medicine Residency and was appointed Chief Resident. She completed a Fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension, where she also served as the Administrative Fellow. Dr. Davis is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
She has been providing nephrology care in middle Georgia since 2001, practicing in Dublin before joining Renal Physicians of Georgia in 2007. Dr. Davis focuses on hospitalized patients and those undergoing dialysis treatments. She continues to serve as a leader for her colleagues. She is active as Physician Champion for various hospital committees for the Macon hospitals and currently serves as Secretary for Medical Executive Committee at Coliseum Medical Center, and Chair of the Renal Service Line at Medical Center of Central Georgia.
Dr. Davis is a classic movie buff and shares Dr. Martinez's passion for gardening. She worships regularly at Beulahland Bible Church.
